We can coach you on how to prepare the meal with personal instruction or just kick back and let us do all the cooking. |

The Meal Plan
Are you constantly on the go? Is it difficult to find time to cook for yourself or your family? Is your busy lifestyle wreaking havoc on your diet? LITKitchen can help! Using your food preferences, we will design a meal plan for up to five nights per week for one to five people. We will prepare the food for you so that all you have to do is warm it up and serve! No preservatives or processed ingredients like you’ll find in today’s convenience foods. Are you on a special diet? No problem! Our dietitian can accommodate most of your dietary needs. We will even deliver it to your home if you wish! |
